Spa Etiquette

When elegance and hospitality come together, when the gentleness of massaging hands is imbued with a sense of escape and the serenity of a space where time seems suspended… Choosing Château d’Urspelt means discovering moments of intense relaxation thanks to the NUXE® Spa.

Equipped with a themed swimming pool in the form of underwater grottoes, six treatment rooms, including an immersive duo suite with private whirlpool bath for a delicate interlude for two.

Let yourself be carried away by the calm of our relaxation room, ideal for meditation and letting go. Take advantage of the whirlpool bath, relax in our hanging swings or enjoy a cup of tea in our tea room, by the fireplace, in a warm and soothing atmosphere.

For those who want to keep body and mind in balance, our Technogym gym completes the wellness experience.

Access to the wellness area is €60 per person for all our residents. It is free when you book a massage or treatment. It is open from 10am to 7pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The Spa is accessible to accompanied children aged 12 and over.

Access to the spa for our non-resident guests is on request only and subject to confirmation by our spa team.

Body treatments and massages are not accessible to people under 18 and pregnant women.

Book your Treatments

Arrival

In case of delay, the time of your treatment will have to be shortened by the duration of your delay out of respect for the following clients.

We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before the time of your appointment in order to respect the punctuality of the treatment sessions.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend, we ask that you kindly cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

In case of cancellation of an appointment less than 48 hours in advance or in case of no-show at the appointment, the beauty passport will be considered as definitively lost and will not be refunded.

No exceptions will be accepted.

Treatments

Our massages are body modelling, beauty and well-being treatments, non-therapeutic and non-medical. The indicated durations correspond to the actual time of the treatments. The purchase of a treatment is personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.

The Escapades are not dissociable, cannot be modified and must be carried out in one go. Gentlemen, we recommend that you shave at least one hour before your facial treatment.

Begin with 45 minutes of relaxation in our elegant whirlpool — a soothing haven where time seems to stand still — then let yourself be carried away by 45 minutes of a NUXE® massage, designed to restore harmony between body and mind.

And to elevate this moment of escape, savour a bottle of Taittinger (37.5 cl) — fine, delicate bubbles, perfect for celebrating the present moment.

This service is available at the price of 399.00€ for two people.
